Team Gymnastics Academy

We teach basic and advanced gymnastic skills to children in a professional, fun environment. Our classes are structured around the four Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) teaching the necessary progressions on each event, from basic to advanced skills. Each student follows the rules and guidelines of our gymnastics associations in achieving the necessary skills. We are USA Gymnastics and Amerikids Gymnastics association members.

Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for young gymnasts to participate in a program that is affordable, professional and fun. Students can improve their skills, strength and flexibility, while gaining self-esteem and self-confidence. We strive to provide an environment that is free of negativity and criticism allowing children the opportunity for positive personal growth and development.
