Baby & Me: Ages 18 months to 3 years - Child is accompanied by adult and is introduced to gymnastics as well as ball work, jumping, running and balance.

Preschool Gymnastics: Ages 3 to 5 years old - This class teaches students to be on their own without parent assistance. Basic gymnastics skills will be taught in a fun game-like environment. Skills include the use of gymnastics equipment to introduce tumbling, swinging, balancing and jumping in a safe and correct manner. This class develops strength, flexibility and self-esteem and will teach children directions, waiting in line and all the important social aspects for this age.

Girls Basic Gymnastics: Ages 5 to 18 years old - Basic gymnastics is structured around all the Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) teaching the necessary progressions from each event from somersaults to cartwheels. This class will increase flexibility, strength, self-esteem and self-confidence. Each student will follow the rules and guidelines of USA Gymnastics in achieving the necessary skills for Levels 1-5.

Pre-Team: (Invited) - Gymnasts are selected from the Basic Gymnastics programs that show the interest, talent and devotion for learning and progressing in gymnastics. This class prepares the gymnast for the competitive team, which includes learning the necessary gymnastics skills required to be a competitive gymnast. Pre-Team gymnasts will also have the option to compete in state Amerikids meets.

Team (Invited) – Gymnasts are invited to be on the competition team based on the showing of advanced gymnastics skills and the devotion to learning and growing in the sport of gymnastics. Gymnasts will learn the necessary skills required for Levels 4-10 as set out in the USA Gymnastics rules and guidelines. Routines will be taught according to level and each gymnast will have the opportunity to participate in USA and Amerikids competitions throughout the state of Iowa.
